"A refreshing stay just outside busy Fira"

The staff is super friendly, and they will make breakfast our of a selection of yummy pancakes, eggs and Greek specialities. The hotel is located just outside the busy Fira center, so you can rest quietly and enjoy the amazing view over the Caldera. The room we stayed on was always spotlessly clean and very comfy. The bathroom was very spacious!

What can I say. This place is just amazing. That feeling to be at home is so safe. The distance from the bus terminal and everything else is so convenient. The staff (Lia & Jacob) are so friendly and cheerful, as soon you enter the place you feel so welcome from their professional guidance. Thank you for preparing the surprise for the birthday and the breakfast time. Hope to see you soon. Thanks again. We recommend this place with all our hearts.

"Absolutely incredible hotel"

Absolutely amazing stay! Staff were so welcoming and really helpful helping me arrange trips etc. Single room was a lovely size and very clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was lovely with food cooked to order which was very fresh. Thank you so much for making my stay in santorini so amazing, I hope to return next year!

Our room and the whole hotel were still perfectly clean. Breakfasts were fresh and very tasty. The room was big enough. The hotel is few steps from the Fira center and bus terminal. The excellence of Nemesis is made by owners. Lia and Jacob are very kind, still smiling and very helpful people. To recommend a restaurat? To help order a tour? Taxi? Delayed flight? Nothing is a problem for them.

Nemesis is a great place to stay. The location is close to everything, it’s very clean and the breakfast, even though it’s included, is « à la carte » and just delicious. The two employees, Lia and Jacob, are so nice and friendly and always happy to help out with whatever we need. I recommend this place without hesitation.

"Best charming hotel to stay in Santorini"

The property is in a very central location in Fira with easy access to the buses and the town centre. The room had a great view of the caldera, it was also very spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean and maintained. The hosts are also very nice and helpful, they make you feel welcome, the breakfast is also very tasty with a good selection of food.

"Perfect home away from home."

Jacob and Leah ....were the perfect hosts and made us feel like we were honored guests. It made up for somewhat dated rooms. This place is perfectly close enough to the action but far enough to have some peace. The breakfast was excellent and the view was ok. He was able to get us a great deal on a quad as well. Definitely we would stay again
