"Best charming hotel to stay in Santorini"

The property is in a very central location in Fira with easy access to the buses and the town centre. The room had a great view of the caldera, it was also very spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean and maintained. The hosts are also very nice and helpful, they make you feel welcome, the breakfast is also very tasty with a good selection of food.

"Perfect home away from home."

Jacob and Leah ....were the perfect hosts and made us feel like we were honored guests. It made up for somewhat dated rooms. This place is perfectly close enough to the action but far enough to have some peace. The breakfast was excellent and the view was ok. He was able to get us a great deal on a quad as well. Definitely we would stay again

What can I say. This place is just amazing. That feeling to be at home is so safe. The distance from the bus terminal and everything else is so convenient. The staff (Lia & Jacob) are so friendly and cheerful, as soon you enter the place you feel so welcome from their professional guidance. Thank you for preparing the surprise for the birthday and the breakfast time. Hope to see you soon. Thanks again. We recommend this place with all our hearts.

Breakfast was lovely. Location was so convenient. Room was beautiful, clean comfortable and newly renovated, with a beautiful view. Jacob and Lia were so lovely and incredibly helpful.

Great location for access to Thira, just a short walk up the road, and as all the busses to other parts of the island leave from Thira it's great for getting around. The staff were incredibly helpful as well, answering any questions we had about various attractions and locations to visit.

Absolutely amazing stay! Staff were so welcoming and really helpful helping me arrange trips etc. Single room was a lovely size and very clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was lovely with food cooked to order which was very fresh. Thank you so much for making my stay in santorini so amazing, I hope to return next year!

Lovely welcome by Jacob. So professional and welcoming. Available to help with everything. Beautiful single room with attention to detail. Breakfast was excellent so fresh and prepared at order time. Also gave a packed breakfast option if had to leave early. Very near centre and bus station

"Very good small hotel"

Location was good, 5 min from the Fira's centre. Breakfast is great with buffet and ordering from a menu. Room were very clean and air conditioning working as it should. Bed and comfortable and sheets changed regularly. Lia and Jacob were amazing hosts, always trying to help and please us. Nice view from the balcony. We loved the place.

Amazing breakfast. The staff is really warm and the hotel too. If I visit Santorini again, I will definitely stay at Nemesis.
